Key Responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to gather and analyse their requirements, ensuring the delivery of tailored and effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Platform Configuration:Leverage your expertise to design, configure, and deploy various ServiceNow modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, and ITSM, in line with client needs.
- Independent Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges proactively, using your experience to provide solutions with minimal guidance.
- Optional Scripting Skills: While not mandatory, having scripting knowledge will enhance the quality of the solutions you create.
