My client is looking for a creative Architectural Technician with excellent technical abilities to join their friendly team in Wimbledon. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
Sufficient experience post qualification
Residential experience is essential
Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient using Revit
Confidence to progress to managing projects from inception to completion
Keen to input to continue company growth
Full, clean UK driving licence
Must live within a commutable distance to Wimbledon
