Panoramic Associates are currently working with a local authority in the Southeast of England to recruit an Electrical Technician (Compliance). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to bring their expertise in electrical installations, compliance, and quality control to a highly regarded team, ensuring safety and operational excellence across the council's portfolio.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide quality control for electrical installations, servicing, and replacements across council properties.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, British Standards, and council policies.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor contractor performance, and maintain accurate compliance records.
  • Assist in the development of asset management and compliance systems.
  • Support the planning and delivery of capital and maintenance programs.

What You'll Bring:

  • Technical expertise in domestic and commercial electrical systems.
  • Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Maintenance or similar, plus 18th Edition C&G 2382 certification.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, testing, and inspection (C&G 2394 desirable).
  • Experience supervising contractors and managing property compliance data.
  • Competence in IT systems, particularly Excel, and the ability to interpret complex data.
