The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities and/or Housing Associations to assess structural and safety issues brought forward in a wide portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all properties are safe, clean and habitable in accordance with upcoming legislation changes
- Regularly report findings and assess building integrity
- Undertake diagnosis of all DMC issues so issues can be properly rectified
- Pre/Post Inspections and keep records up to date
Requirements
- Surveying qualification is essential
- References from last 3 years of work
Package
- 3+-month contract
- Negotiable rate DOE
- 5 days onsite with Flexi working
- Potential for extension based on performance
