Embedded Firmware Engineer | C | C++ | Low Power Device | Remote Working

We are looking for a founding engineer to work on a groundbreaking greenfield medical device project, with the view to build 2 or 3 MVP's initially. The components, diagrams and initial code base exist, they just need someone to come in and build it. They plan to become a market leader within the Neurosurgery technology space, competing with the best in the field.

They already have seed funding and you'll be working alongside some of the best experts in the field.

This will be a fully remote working position, they can pay up to 60,000 which might be slightly under market rate but they can offer equity and bonuses with the potential for huge upside if all goes according to plan.

  • Strong experience in embedded software or firmware engineering in C or C++
  • We need candidates who are familiar working with low powered embedded systems
  • You will need to be familiar programming on small devices
  • Other desirables would be experience working with MCUs such as STM32 and understanding of FPGA for example
