Cyber Security Engineer
Starting Salary: £42,000 - £44,000
Location: Fully Remote

100% Remote - 30 Days Annual Leave+ bank holidays, Paid for work conferences

A fantastic adult education organisation are hiring for a Cyber Security Engineer to join on a remote basis. The role will involve creating the cyber security strategy and writing policies to support the organisation with the upkeep of the Cyber Essentials plus certification and obtaining ISO27001 standard.

You will need to be confident to create a detailed and robust cyber security strategy and lead on all cyber security aspects across the company, including raising awareness across the company, carrying out phishing campaigns, policy writing.

The Cyber Security Engineer will benefit from a very strong work-life balance that includes fully remote working, being able to put your own footprint on the cyber security of an organisation and joining a growing team.


Skills required for the Cyber Security Engineer are:
- Experience writing Cyber policies and strategies
- Knowledge of a range of Cyber tool
- Knowledge of Cyber essentials & ISO27001
