  • The Role As an Engineer, Global Platform, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting various security tools and technologies, including NGFW Threat Management, Endpoint and Identity/Access Management, and virtual desktops. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a robust and secure IT environment.
  • Design, deploy, support, and remediate information security tools and technologies
  • Manage NGFW Threat Management (IPS, Web Filtering, Anti-Malware)

The Role

As an Engineer, Global Platform, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting various security tools and technologies, including NGFW Threat Management, Endpoint and Identity/Access Management, and virtual desktops. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a robust and secure IT environment.

  • Design, deploy, support, and remediate information security tools and technologies
  • Manage NGFW Threat Management (IPS, Web Filtering, Anti-Malware)
  • Oversee Endpoint and Identity/Access Management (IAM) technologies and virtual desktops
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, research, and resolve complex IT issues
  • Contribute to project-related solutions, including design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Work under the direction of the Digital Workplace Manager and Operations & Infrastructure Manager

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of security concepts and technologies, such as SIEM, DLP, and vulnerability scanning
  • Experience with endpoint security applications and virtual desktop environments
  • Strong technical skills, including scripting languages and system monitoring tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Salary & Benefits

£65,000-75,000 + discretionary bonus & extensive benefits
