Infrastructure and Security Engineer

London or Basingstoke - Hybrid - 3x per week onsite

We are representing a highly prestigious and industry-leading luxury consumer goods brand looking for an Infrastructure and Security Engineer to join their team. The organisation has a history stretching back over 300 years and renowned for its commitment to quality, tradition, and expertise, and has long been associated with high-profile clientele.

As the Infrastructure and Security Engineer, you will work under the Head of Service Delivery and have responsibility for the company's IT infrastructure, cloud services, and associated Cyber Security. You will be key in maintaining supplier relationships, overseeing deployment and management of cloud services, and executing hardware and software upgrades.

We are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components - networking, servers, storage, data centres
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms and related admin responsibilities - ideally Azure and AWS
  • Hands-on experience of operating and maintaining a support environment - Windows Patch Management
  • Exposure and maintenance of security tools - ideally Mimecast and Darktrace

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Experience managing supplier/3rd party relationships
  • An aptitude for learning and keeping up to date with tech trends
