A Lead Networks & Security Engineer position is available for a contract role lasting 8 months, with a day rate of £750, inside IR35.
The role is remote but requires candidates to be based in the UK.
Candidates must have a strong background in managing network and security infrastructure, with in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and security technologies like firewalls and VPNs.
Extensive experience in network security, including risk assessment and compliance, is essential, along with knowledge of Azure or AWS.
The ideal candidate should have significant relevant experience, with a focus on security infrastructure and threat management.

One of Method's partnering VC organisations are currently looking for a Lead Networks & Security Engineer to support on a variety of projects.

Key Skills:

A strong track record of managing network and security infrastructure
In-depth knowledge of network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols, as well as security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs
Extensive experience in network security, including risk assessment, threat management, and security compliance
Knowledge of Azure or AWS and their associated security and network features

Contract:

Day rate: £700 Per day
Contract: 8 months initially
Start: ASAP
IR35: Inside
Location: Remote however needs to be based in the UK
