About Us: We are a leading company specializing in Access Control, CCTV, and related security solutions, with a primary focus on operations at Heathrow Airport. Due to our expanding workload and exciting projects, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team.
Location: Primarily Heathrow Airport and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of Access Control systems
- CCTV system setup and troubleshooting
- Back Alarms installation and fault finding on various systems
- Working in pairs to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Completing necessary paperwork (currently transitioning to automated systems)
- Adhering to safety and quality standards on every job
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Work 32 hours but get paid for 42 hours, including night shifts.
- Training: While we offer some training, we value individuals who are self-motivated and take pride in their workmanship.
- Team Environment: We work in pairs and come together at the office to prepare for shifts.
- On-Call Opportunities: There is a possibility of on-call work, providing additional earning potential.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Access Control and CCTV systems
- Strong fault-finding skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work night shifts and handle varied work schedules
- Motivation, pride in your work, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to handle some administrative tasks related to job updates for clients

- Vehicles are not provided; you will need to commute to the office.
