Job Summary -
Our client is a reputable and established fire and security company based in the London area providing top-quality services to both commercial and residential clients across London and surrounding area. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities and Duties -
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, Service, maintain and fault find new and existing security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and other related systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults on systems to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently.
- Work closely with our clients to identify their needs and provide them with bespoke solutions that meet their requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain good relationships with clients.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of fire and security systems.
- Excellent technical knowledge and practical skills in install, maintenance, servicing and fault finding of security systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel across the London area
