About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer to join our team in West London. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and servicing of a wide range of security systems across commercial and residential sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and maintain security systems including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Perform routine inspections, tests, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose system faults and provide swift resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work conducted.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant security and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults effectively.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
