Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Commissioning:Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of small works projects, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and other security systems.
  • Maintenance & Repairs:Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • System Upgrades:Undertake system upgrades and modifications as required, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Customer Interaction:Liaise with clients to provide technical advice, ensure their needs are met, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Documentation:Accurately complete job sheets, service reports, and other documentation in a timely manner.
  • Health & Safety:Adhere to all company and industry health and safety policies and procedures while on-site.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience:A minimum of 3 years of experience in the security systems industry, with a focus on small works projects.
  • Technical Skills:Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
  • Certifications:Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NSI, SSAIB, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • Driving License:A valid UK driving license is essential.
  • Personal Attributes:Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
