We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a focus on Cyber Security to join a prestigious team. This role requires a professional who can manage complex projects within large organisations, ensuring the delivery of key security enhancements. The ideal candidate will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and commercial teams.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage email security around DMARC and USB Security.
  • Handle tasks related to common AD hardening attack vectors, such as brute force and phishing attacks.
  • Report to the Programme Manager, bridging the gap between the Programme Manager and Project Managers.
  • Communicate effectively, challenge and push back when necessary to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Think ahead to prevent potential issues and be proactive in suggesting improvements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers in a multi-supplier environment.
  • Produce and distribute key mobilisation artefacts, such as RACI matrices and Project Initiation Documents.
  • Run project initiation workshops and implement governance structures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in large, complex organisations.
  • Proficient in both Waterfall & Agile project methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Experience in producing key project documentation and implementing project governance.
  • Vendor/Supplier management experience in a multi-supplier environment.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to work.
  • High level of resilience, drive, and persistence.
  • Proven high-level negotiation skills.
Desirable:
  • Experience in a Cyber Security team is advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous consultancy experience.
