Role Overview:

As the Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping my client's DEI strategy across the EME region. You will work closely with senior leadership and various teams to implement effective initiatives that drive cultural change, enhance employee engagement, and promote a sense of belonging for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the DEI strategy for the EME region, aligning it with the overall company objectives.
  • Analyse and assess the current state of DEI within the organisation, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to create and implement training programmes that foster an inclusive culture.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting diverse talent, ensuring equitable hiring practises are in place.
  • Design and implement employee resource groups (ERGs) and mentorship programmes to support underrepresented groups.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of DEI initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on DEI issues, providing guidance and support to teams and leaders.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of DEI issues through workshops, seminars, and communication campaigns.
  • Foster partnerships with external organisations and community groups to enhance our DEI efforts and outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in diversity, equity, and inclusion or related HR roles, preferably within a multinational organisation.
  • Strong understanding of DEI concepts, challenges, and best practises, particularly in the EME context.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful DEI programmes and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
