HR Operations Central London 4 days office Based Is this the role for you?Are you looking for a new and exciting HR role based in the heart of the West-End? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a HR Operations role, for a niche financial services organisation going through rapid expansion . For this role you will support the global HR function, working collaboratively with key stakeholders globally.The Role What you will do:

    • Coordination and management of on-boarding new starters including offer letters, contracts and conducting inductions.
    • Working with Global HQ to coordinate DBS checks
    • Monthly payroll reporting to the external payroll provider including leavers, starters, and pensions data
    • Compliance reporting and execution of FCA / SMCR registration processes
    • Being an ambassador for the company, ensuring employees supporting wellbeing, equality and diversity.
    • Working closely with the US team Global HR and Head of HR for the function and delivery of the UK compensation and benefits scheme.
    • Supporting the head of HR with ER - taking minutes during meetings in relation to performance, sickness and absence .
    • Managing and monitoring flexible working requests .

The ideal candidate will have financial services / SMCR experience and have experience of monthly payroll reporting to external providers .
