HR & Talent Procurement Manager

Are you a strategic procurement professional with a passion for HR and talent sourcing?

We are looking for an HR & Talent Procurement Manager to join a Big 4 Global Talent Procurement Team on a contract basis.

Here, you will play a crucial role in managing HR and internal talent spend across their network, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Contingent Labour, and Reward & Benefits. This position reports to the Global Sourcing Senior Manager.

  • Salary: Day rate: £450-£500 (umbrella rate)
  • 6 month contract
  • Location: London
  • Hybrid:1 day in the office each week

The Main Duties Include:

Lead procurement actions to drive category strategies.Consult and advise key stakeholders, including executives, on mission-critical procurement initiatives.Execute strategic sourcing initiatives (RFI/RFP) to ensure best-in-class supplier selection.Negotiate high-value contracts with global suppliers.Manage key supplier relationships to deliver long-term value.Ensure an outstanding client service experience.

Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • CIPS qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to align business and legal stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of Source-to-Contract processes.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and procurement best practices.
  • Ability to build strong supplier relationships and drive performance.
  • Exceptional negotiation and project management skills.
