Role Overview:As a Business Development Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities within the education sector. You will build strong relationships with schools, academies, colleges, and universities, providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their staffing needs. Your role will be a blend of business development and recruitment, where you'll be managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in educational roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the education sector to expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with education institutions, understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles within schools, academies, and other educational settings.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and education sector developments to better serve clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new leads and closing sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
