Lynx is currently working with a globally renowned IT consultancy based in London that is looking to hire a Change Management and Adoption Consultant.

Responsibilities of the Change Management and Adoption Consultant:

The Change Management and Adoption Consultant will work with clients to ensure the successful adoption of Modern Workplace technology, including the analysis, design, and development of change, communication, and training plans. The role also includes stakeholder management and more.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working on technology-led change and adoption projects
  • Microsoft 365 knowledge
  • Prosci certification or knowledge of the ADKAR methodology
  • Business development and team leadership skills
