Change Manager

Robert Half have partnered with global organisation seeking a Change Manager to lead their workforce transformation initiatives. This role will focus on enhancing internal resource management through the implementation of a new internal system. The successful candidate will oversee project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and change management efforts to ensure adoption across the business.

This will be a day rate contract.

Role Overview:

  • Drive the implementation of a workforce planning tool upgrade, ensuring alignment with business needs and user adoption.
  • Manage project time lines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support smooth transitions.
  • Engage with stakeholders across different regions and functions to gather insights and ensure effective implementation.
  • Identify risks and roadblocks, proposing solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track project success and adoption.
  • Support training initiatives by creating materials and facilitating sessions for key users.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, change management, workforce strategy, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering change management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on workforce planning, staffing, or HR transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital tools for project execution.
