We are delighted to work in partnership with a global leader in the literary media to hire an experienced HR Business Partner with expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to drive their long term goals and DEI principles to all aspects of their workplace culture and company goals.

This role will encompass all aspects of the HR lifecycle including change, annual review processes, systems implementation, talent acquisition and performance reviews. This will sit alongside designing and delivering DEI programs to the whole business. Facilitate focus groups and training to develop inclusive practices both for current employees and working closely with the Talent Acquisition teams to attract candidates from underrepresented groups. This role will also represent the business externally for EDI initiatives.

This exciting role will require the ideal candidate to have a background in HR and DEI practices including the latest legislation and the ability to use a data driven approach to design programs that will drive change and innovation.
