- Working alongside Employee Relations Manager, supporting with expert advice across the business
- Running ER cases, including organising meetings, understanding the issues occurred, delving into the case at hand.
- Dealing with all ER cases, such as probation, sickness absence management, termination meetings, performance management and disciplinary issues to name a few.
- Working alongside line manager with addressing concerns in the most professional way, making recommendations on the spot
- Supporting the ER team with complex case meetings, note taking and advising when necessary.
- Logical application of employment legislation to prevent litigation against the company
- Strong ER experience, including varied case knowledge
- Experienced in delivering pragmatic and commercial solutions to each case
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong experience in delivering written outcomes, reports and recommendations
- Highest employment legislation knowledge and best practice
