Meraki Talent is working with a global data & tech company, recruiting an Employee Relations Consultant on an initial 3month contract initially with a view to go permanent.This role can be based in London or Nottingham office, or fully remote, however must be residing in the UK.This role offers £450 - £500 per day.ER Responsibilities:
  • Working alongside Employee Relations Manager, supporting with expert advice across the business
  • Running ER cases, including organising meetings, understanding the issues occurred, delving into the case at hand.
  • Dealing with all ER cases, such as probation, sickness absence management, termination meetings, performance management and disciplinary issues to name a few.
  • Working alongside line manager with addressing concerns in the most professional way, making recommendations on the spot
  • Supporting the ER team with complex case meetings, note taking and advising when necessary.
  • Logical application of employment legislation to prevent litigation against the company
Person Specification:
  • Strong ER experience, including varied case knowledge
  • Experienced in delivering pragmatic and commercial solutions to each case
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong experience in delivering written outcomes, reports and recommendations
  • Highest employment legislation knowledge and best practice
