On behalf of our client, a global payments platform, we are seeking an Employee Relations Partner who brings in-depth knowledge of Employee Relations (ER), with a strong understanding of EMEA ER laws and compliance regulations. Your proven experience advising employees and managers at all levels on ER issues will be invaluable in this role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations Partner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a fair and consistent approach across the EMEA region, promoting a positive culture while minimising risks. You will be working collaboratively with HR Business Partners and our internal legal team, assessing and resolving employee relations matters. This position offers a competitive salary of £37,000 - £48,000 and is based in the city of London.

What you'll do:

As an Employee Relations Partner, your role will be integral in maintaining a harmonious workplace environment. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving employee relations matters, ensuring consistency across the EMEA region.

  • Assess and resolve employee relations matters
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee concerns
  • Provide guidance to Line Managers and Supervisors on fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Ensure workplace practices comply with local employment laws and regulations
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits and payroll related matters
  • Report trends and insights on employee relations to inform decision-making
  • Work with external bodies to resolve complex employee disputes
  • Liaise with government agencies on employment compliance issues
