Employee Relations Specialist - Victoria, London

Salary - £65,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and other HR processes, while supporting team members in effectively handling these tasks.
  • Provide coaching and advice to group heads, team leaders, and managers on employee relations issues and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Director of People & Development to lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation and alignment with business objectives.
