- Act as Team lead to a small team of 6 who support the busines siwth lower level ER and HR operations. Providing support, guidance, training and mentorship!Â
- Workign as a partner with the business partnering team, providing invaluable insight about HR queries, Employee Relations cases and challanges that arise, recognising trends and providing advice on changes or improvements to process and policy.Â
- Working with the global HR Transformation Director on projects to streamline and improve employee experience.Â
- Support the team in navigating ambiguity while helping to shape efficient processes for a UK Shared Service Centre environment.
- Experience in leading a small team, being passionate about people development
- Experience working within a large, complex matrix business. (Ideally with exposure of Shared Service environment or willingness to learn!)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Exposure to change programs, TUPE, or similar HR transformation work.
- Ability to use data to tell a story and to recognise trends and make recommendations - partnering with HR Business Partnering team.Â
- Proficiency with HR systems, policies, and processes, and a proactive approach to challenges.
