Are you an experienced HR Manager/Employee Relations Professional who has enjoyed leading and mentoring team members to help them reach their full potential? Do you enjoy streamlining HR Administrative and Operational process and have previously worked in a fast paced, complex matrixed organisation? If so, this role could be perfect for you!This role offers the opportunity for you to make a real impact, managing a team of HR Operational and Employee Relations Coordinators to support the UK headcount. You will partner with Global HR Representatives and the HR Business Partnering team, to spot and track trends - providing helpful advice and solutions to business challanges. You will support the wider team of change programs and have the opportunity to grow with this dynamic Tech brand! Your Role:
  • Act as Team lead to a small team of 6 who support the busines siwth lower level ER and HR operations. Providing support, guidance, training and mentorship! 
  • Workign as a partner with the business partnering team, providing invaluable insight about HR queries, Employee Relations cases and challanges that arise, recognising trends and providing advice on changes or improvements to process and policy. 
  • Working with the global HR Transformation Director on projects to streamline and improve employee experience. 
  • Support the team in navigating ambiguity while helping to shape efficient processes for a UK Shared Service Centre environment.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in leading a small team, being passionate about people development
  • Experience working within a large, complex matrix business. (Ideally with exposure of Shared Service environment or willingness to learn!)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Exposure to change programs, TUPE, or similar HR transformation work.
  • Ability to use data to tell a story and to recognise trends and make recommendations - partnering with HR Business Partnering team. 
  • Proficiency with HR systems, policies, and processes, and a proactive approach to challenges.
