MLC Partners are working with a number of Trusts in London who are looking for Employee Relations support.

The roles will be working in the team to ensure that a proactive, efficient, and fair service is provided for managers and staff. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting the ER team to resolve cases fairly, quickly, and in line with best practices
  • Advising on and managing complex ER cases in a fast-paced, unionised environment
  • Coaching and training managers so they feel confident handling ER matters
  • Driving performance improvements and helping to meet key ER objectives

Experience of employee relations in the NHS is essential.

The roles are available to start immediately and you must be prepared to be on site a minimum or three days per week.

This role is considered inside IR35.
