I am delighted to be partnering with an innovative and ambitious global recruitment consultancy to appoint a Global HR Business Partner to join the People and Culture team.

About the role..

As Global HR Business Partner you will be part of the People and Culture team that supports a growing global business of c 500 people across the UK, Europe and America. A strategic role you will partner with business leaders to help them achieve their commercial objectives across a global remit including Germany, Amsterdam, UK and the US.

You will partner with your business areas on areas such as talent management, succession planning, employee relations and learning and development and also be involved in wider activity across mergers and acquisitions and the reward review processes globally. This business is built across 5 brands all excelling in their space, they recognise that allows for different opportunities for individuals and to be recognised through continual professional development and reward.

Key experience required:

  • Experience as a HR Business Partner in a commercial and global business c500 employees in a similar industry recruitment, sales or retail.
  • Global or international experience withing Germany, Amsterdam and broader European companies, leading and managing employee relations cases and a strong understanding of European Employment Law.
  • Experience working on compensation and benefits reviews globally
  • Experience leading on organisational change and transformation work.

About you..

This is an exciting time to join the business as they drive a new People and Culture strategy and really support business growth. It is essential you have been working in a HRBP position with experience working with the European markets especially Germany and Amsterdam. This role will also have the opportunity to partner with America and be the go-to HR support for leaders across these markets. You play a pivotal role in the business especially through growth and work across exciting organisational change and transformation so you will be able to evidence where you have led or supported on such projects.

Ideally, we are looking for HRBP's that have worked across similar industries either in recruitment or sales environments.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + bonus

Location: London 3 days per week
