About the Role:

This is a high-impact role where you'll take the lead on complex organisational changes—including TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancy consultations, and settlement agreements. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be a driving force in ensuring these critical processes are managed efficiently and compliantly, in line with best practice and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end restructure processes, including redundancy pooling and selection.
  • Providing expert support and insight on TUPE transitions to ensure compliance and minimal disruption.
  • Managing redundancy consultations and supporting affected employees with empathy and clarity.
  • Drafting settlement agreements and overseeing associated legal aspects.
  • Collaborating on business-wide transformation projects and complex employee relations matters.
  • Leveraging HR data to identify patterns and deliver meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.

About You:

You're a seasoned HR professional with hands-on experience navigating significant business change, from restructures and TUPE to redundancies. You bring a robust understanding of UK employment law, paired with excellent communication, precision, and the ability to prioritise under pressure. A CIPD qualification would be a strong plus.
