A charity based in London are looking for an interim Interim Organisation Development and Talent Project Lead. This is an 18 month FTC with 2 days a month travel into London. This role is lead on OD and Talent focusing on talent management and talent development.

Description

An Interim Organisation Development and Talent Project Lead to:

- Scope, develop and implement effective models to identify and attract the right talent. This is focusing on talent management and talent development

- Design and develop a talent strategy, looking at D&I, succession planning and organisational effectiveness

- Design and deliver improved resourcing and talent attraction projects, looking at areas for change

- Construct a strong EVP to provide talent development opportunities

- Develop a talent attraction framework

- Working in collaboration with the wider organisational development team to develop a strong workforce planning approach

- Review current processes for senior recruitment and develop talent development resourcing strategies

- Look at talent identification, assessment, talent development and succession planning

- Develop partnerships with other organisations to ensure a wider talent pool is available for the organisations needs, such as schools

- Develop talent attraction and management practices to drive talent cycles

- This is more of an L&D, OD, and talent development role

Profile

A Interim Organisation Development and Talent Project Lead with:

- This is not a recruitment role. They are looking for someone who has working in a talent function in a matrix organisation

- Experience in talent development, talent management and L&D

- Previous experience in streamlining talent practices

- Previous experience in translating project plans into deliverables

- Experience of embedding progressing approaches to talent

- Experience within charity sector is desirable
