I am working with a leading Media & Entertainment company who are looking for an International Benefits Project Consultant to support in an initial 8-12 month contract. You will focus on coming up with a new benefits offering and supporting the harmonisation of benefits & leave plans. This role will focus on supporting benefits & pension harmonisation predominately within their EMEA region impacting over 2,500 employees across 20+ countries over multiple legacy organisations.

This person will be owning this project and will be liaising and leading with stakeholders across the business in both the UK & teams in each EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive Benefits background with experience in creating and harmonizing benefits offering on a similar scale - EMEA or Global experience is required and similar size group of employees. Pensions experience is an ideal! They are open on industry background; Media is a bonus!
