- Monitor and address service tickets, resolve issues, and maintain effective rapport with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.
- Prepare quarterly reports, track ticket durations, and forecast future ticket volumes for efficient operations.
- Manage the ordering process for facilities work supplies and provide quotes for large/bulk orders.
- Fulfil general building and office maintenance requests, including furniture delivery, desk moves, and other compliance needs.
- Oversee shipping functions for incoming and outgoing deliveries and maintain the overall look and condition of the premises.
- Deploy ergonomic equipment, assist with company/team events/setup, and enforce visitor policies and office experience standards.
- Ensure health, safety, and security considerations are in place for all events/initiatives and support the office reception by actioning requests and responding to service inquiries.
- Track and process purchase requisitions, invoices, and manage general office operations, including correspondence with property management and external vendors.
- 6 to 12 months of facilities experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
