JUNIOR WORKPLACE SPECIALIST   Our client is seeking a Junior Workplace Specialist for a temporary opportunity at a renowned global gaming company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of facilities, ensuring a seamless and efficient workplace environment. This is an exciting chance to work with a large, well-known gaming brand, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to a dynamic, innovative work atmosphere. Ideal for someone passionate about creating an optimal workplace environment.  JUNIOR WORKPLACE SPECIALIST ROLE:
  • Monitor and address service tickets, resolve issues, and maintain effective rapport with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.
  • Prepare quarterly reports, track ticket durations, and forecast future ticket volumes for efficient operations.
  • Manage the ordering process for facilities work supplies and provide quotes for large/bulk orders.
  • Fulfil general building and office maintenance requests, including furniture delivery, desk moves, and other compliance needs.
  • Oversee shipping functions for incoming and outgoing deliveries and maintain the overall look and condition of the premises.
  • Deploy ergonomic equipment, assist with company/team events/setup, and enforce visitor policies and office experience standards.
  • Ensure health, safety, and security considerations are in place for all events/initiatives and support the office reception by actioning requests and responding to service inquiries.
  • Track and process purchase requisitions, invoices, and manage general office operations, including correspondence with property management and external vendors.
 JUNIOR WORKPLACE SPECIALIST ESSENTIALS:
  • 6 to 12 months of facilities experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
