Our client is a well-respected and steadily growing law firm in the City, and they are keen to get on board a HR Administrator in a newly created role. They operate a hybrid working policy, 3 days in the office.

This is a busy role supporting the Learning & Development Manager, as well as the wider team, with administration, diary management and helping coordinate the complex diary of meetings and training sessions.

You will also gain excellent experience and exposure liaising with senior stakeholders across the firm, and also external providers and trainers.

This is a really varied role that needs a someone super-organised who has excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak to people at all levels.

What they are looking for is a confident HR Administrator with, ideally, some experience dealing with L&D matters, CPD, and training coordination. Preferred experience will have been gained in a law firm or similar professional services environment.
