- Responsible for all L&D solutions within the firm for fee-earners, business services and support staff, formulating a plan and advising on appropriate L&D activities
- Managing the full training cycle for partners including training needs analysis and evaluation of business programmes
- Design and deliver training workshops
- Set L&D budgets and monitor spending throughout the year
- Working closely with the HR department
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an L&D officer within a Law Firm
- Proven experience designing and delivering training courses
- Excellent interpersonal skills
