Lead Pharmacist for Care of Older People and Frailty – NHS Hospital – London – Band 7/8a

Hunter AHP are currently searching for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a minimum of 1-2 years covering wards for an NHS Hospital in London! This is a large department we’ve been working with for years, with multiple locums working within the team.
Duties:
The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality clinical pharmacy service to the patients, mostly care of the older people. As well as this, they will be working closely with the emergency and integrated medicine and adult community services team!
This will be based at one of the largest NHS Hospitals in London, so is a fantastic opportunity for development in a variety of areas in the future!
Details:
-Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, 30-minute break.
-Band 7/8a – depending on experience
-3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood for this to extend.
-The service is based in London
-£27-37 per hour (depending on experience)
-NHS Hospital
-Start date: July/August 2024
