Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose challenges and design tailored solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to improve team performance and culture.
- Provide expert coaching to leaders on change management and engagement.
- Use data insights to inform strategies and evaluate outcomes.
- Work closely with other Organisational Development Consultants and HR professionals to drive impactful initiatives.
