Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to improve team performance and culture.
  • Provide expert coaching to leaders on change management and engagement.
  • Use data insights to inform strategies and evaluate outcomes.
  • Work closely with other Organisational Development Consultants and HR professionals to drive impactful initiatives.
