People and Culture Business Partner - Change

I am exclusively recruiting for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner - Change

For a 12 month FTC in Stratford, East London

Industry - Charity

This is 2 days a week on site as a minimum

Other days working from home

Salary range is £48,000 - £52,500

Interview - one stage

Working with the Head of People & Culture, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans as directed. You will provide front line People services to designated departments which are both solutions focused and hold business acumen]

Duties

  • Advise line managers on change management exercises including redundancy and the termination off fixed term contract staff. Attend dismissal and any subsequent appeal meetings
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of operational services to your designated departments
  • Responsible for Employee Experience, Employee Relations, change management and Recruitment across your Directorates.
  • Ensure that Employee Relations and Change Management cases are recorded appropriately to include learning fed back into appropriate policies and training.

Person specification

  • CIPD Level 5
  • Experience of handling dismissal and complex ER issues and used to making representations to employment tribunals and / or experience of designing and delivering complex training programmes across organisations
  • Experience of providing leadership on change management exercises and handling redundancies.
  • Experience at a HR Business Partner level is essential.
