This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior manager to support the operational delivery across a medium-sized portfolio of specialist adult services in London.

Bright Selection is delighted to be representing an experienced adult social care provider in the recruitment of an operations manager for a cluster of services which support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs across London.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Manager who can support the operational delivery of several services as well as coaching and providing feedback through good governance, audits, and data analysis.

This position requires frequent travel across the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience at a managerial level.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the service provision including the Care Standards Act 2000, CIW/CQC, Health and Social Care Act.
  • Mandatory training qualifications e.g. fire safety, first aid, food hygiene, manual handling, and Health and Safety awareness.
  • RQF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of the adult specialist sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and supporting the portfolio insuring continuous improvement and high-quality care
  • Line management responsibility for the Registered Managers
  • Report into the Group Operations Director
  • Ensure the homes are operating within the companies strategic direction, goals and financial planning.
  • Support the commissioning of new services
  • Responsible for strategic development within the portfolio
