About the Role

After a period of growth in London, New York and Singapore we are looking to build out our People team to ensure that our leadership, managers and individuals across the organisation have strong partnership, coaching and best in class programmatic supporting mechanisms in place to enable high performing teams that can achieve our ambitious company goals.

Robin’s leadership believes that the people partnership function can act as a force multiplier across the business. We have a desire to build out our people operations foundational programmes at pace, and to create an innovative and best in class department.

What You’ll do

  • HR Business Partnering: Partner with leaders and managers to develop and deliver clear people plans for their functions, providing HR support and guidance when needed, anticipating and flagging any risks. Support and coach line managers with performance improvement and development programmes to help them build world class teams.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Talent and senior stakeholders to design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including organisation design, demand forecasting, skills assessment, scenario modelling and geo location strategies.

  • Management Advisory: Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and general best practise management principles.

  • People Programmes: Contribute to the people team’s efforts to build and manage targeted programmes and policies that unlock our people strategy, including areas such as: designing and delivering company wide performance and progression programmes , growth and development principles and initiatives, employee engagement and comms strategies etc, using HR analytics to leverage data to drive change.

  • DEI: Foster diversity, equity and inclusion, helping to build community, cohesion and a sense of belonging around our shared values, and ensuring an inclusive workforce where everyone feels valued and respected. Ensuring that all our programmes and processes follow best practise for fairness and equity.

  • Employee Engagement: Facilitate the delivery of an empowering and engaging employee communications and change management process, ensuring that our values are consistently articulated and embodied by all employees. Alongside, monitoring employee engagement survey results and developing solution-focused action plans with managers in your area. #LI-AC1

Your Opportunities and Challenges

  • Executive Level Partnership: As a Senior People Partner at RobinAI you will own the relationship with one or more of our Executive teams as a strategic partner - influencing at every level of the organisation.

  • People Team Strategy: You will work closely with our VP People to refine and develop our People strategy as we build out our new phase of growth.

  • Ownership/Leadership: You will own a company wide workstream, for example acting as the Manager Community Lead, leading on our Learning & Development or DEI approach, that will aim to both meet your own personal development goals to ensure continued professional growth whilst also having company wide impact and visibility.

Preferred Qualifications and experience

  • You will have 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR management in a fast-paced, growth environment or early-stage organisation.

  • You will have worked in an environment that has seen you thrive as a self-starter that has been able to navigate ambiguity and enthusiastically support on areas of work outside your comfort zone or previous experience.

  • You will have a proven experience thriving in an environment of rapid growth, constant change.

  • You have a strength in first principles thinking enabling you to understand more deeply the route causes of tensions and a commercial mindset that can propose solutions that appropriately balance the needs of the individual and the business.
