Location: London/Hybrid - 5 days per fortnight

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client, one of the largest financial institutions headquartered in Japan, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from inclusive hiring campaigns to volume and specialty requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders of all levels to ensure effective and timely hiring processes aligned with organisational strategies and governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment for the designated business area, and expand to cover all countries across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
  • Manage your own portfolio of recruitment, ensuring cost-effective, diverse, and high-quality hires.
  • Champion the HR & TA Transformation project across HR and the business.
  • Build effective relationships and provide recruitment expertise to various stakeholders, including TA, business leaders, HR team, and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or via an outsourced provider.
  • Proven track record in delivering direct sourcing and implementing sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using technology and adapting to new talent acquisition tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving results.
  • Familiarity with Workday or SAP Employee Central is an advantage.
