We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive our recruitment efforts and oversee the hiring process. In this role, you'll shape our success by strategizing talent acquisition, managing the team, and ensuring we attract and hire the best candidates across various fields. You'll work closely with business leaders to refine hiring strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and play a key role in our growth journey.

About The Role:

  • Lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to meet the organisation's hiring goals.
  • Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, including passive talent, and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth, providing coaching and feedback to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyse talent metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through various talent acquisition marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Drive innovation and improvement with best practices and new methods.
  • Implement strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience as a team leader/manager in a high-tech company.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience in talent sourcing and assessment methodologies.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various requirements simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success.
  • High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism.
  • Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
