- Play a key role supporting the lifecycle of Trainees across the firm, from application to qualification.
- Support the HR advisor to manage seat rotations and manage end of rotation reviews.
- Work with the wider HR team to collate feedback and present to necessary stakeholders to influence performance reviews, salary reviews, and trainee initiatives.
- Become a trusted assistant to Trainees whilst remaining confidential and professional, to pre-empt performance or other employee relations issues.
- Support on ad hoc wider People focused projects.
- 1+ years’ experience in Early Careers, HR or L&D in a legal or professional services firm is essential
- A genuine and demonstrable interest in supporting Trainees
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with key stakeholders and Trainees
- Proven ability to work with absolute discretion and high professionalism
