The Building Performance Analyst position is based in London with a salary range of £29K to £35K depending on experience.
The role is ideal for individuals with a 2:1 degree or higher in relevant fields such as Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or Energy Engineering.
Candidates should have experience in a client-facing capacity, preferably within building performance, sustainability, or energy efficiency sectors.
The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying operational performance issues and building strong client relationships.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Job Requirements:

2:1 Degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental, Engineering, Building Services, Building Engineering, Energy Engineering
Experience gained in a client facing capacity ideally within a similar sector such as building performance, low carbon, sustainability, energy efficiency.
Excellent communication skills in order to perform customer facing tasks.
Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced company
Highly numerate and analytical
Commercial awareness
