Job responsibilities:

  • Undertake dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE, including Part L compliance assessments, overheating assessments (Part O) and operational energy assessments
  • Undertake domestic Part L compliance assessments (SAP)
  • Undertake assessments using the Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP)
  • Produce technical reports, including energy statements and overheating assessment reports
  • Support the wider team with produced technical reports, including sustainability statements, circular economy statements and whole-life carbon assessment reports
