The Energy Projects & Programmes Officer post supports the work of the Energy Services Team by delivering energy and carbon-saving projects and supporting the delivery of the team's wider work, which may include assessing energy statements of planning applications, providing energy-related advice to other council departments, as well as any other tasks that supports the delivery of the team's objectives.
This position is centred around the heat networks part of the councils service and candidates must have:
Experience of heat network metering and billing regulations and compliance with wider heat network regulations
Experience of heat network operations experience
