On offer for the BMS Engineer is joining specialise icompany in solutions that focus on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and occupant comfort. They provide advanced cloud-based systems and energy-saving technologies across various sectors. As a leader in energy management, they are opening two new units and looking to add on to their team.
In this role, you will commission Building Management Systems across sites primarily in Greater London. You will also perform quality checks on HVAC electrical installations and handle occasional maintenance tasks. As part of a close-knit team of Engineers you'll conduct maintenance assessments, provide technical support to end-users.
This role would suit a BMS or Service Engineer with background in Trend, Cylon, Honeywell or Tridium building management systems looking to work both autonomously and as part of team.
The Role:
- Visiting Client Sites - covering London & Home counties
- Commissioning HVAC Building Maintenance Systems
- Service & maintenance plus Design and Installation work
The Person:
- BMS background
- Knowledge of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
- Competent report writing and strong time management skills are essential
- Full UK Driving License
