Job title: Energy Manager
Location: Static site in South West London
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying between 60,000 - 65,000 Per annum.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in energy management
- An appropriate energy related qualification or equivalent in building services engineering. (to Degree level or higher)
- Extensive knowledge of the principle techniques and technologies which support the efficient use of energy.

About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong energy manager to be based on a large commercial site in SW London. With this role comes bundles of over time as well as the opportunity to work within a large and highly skilled team.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the effective management of energy resources to meet client's objectives and targets.
- To identify, develop and implement new energy related opportunities
- Carry out all energy related tasks to ensure service provision and compliance
- To motivate and train people in energy management
- Promote energy efficiency and provide advice and support for the development of energy efficient practices.
- Collect and present Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting of Utilities, Waste and Carbon Emissions. Full ownership of data platforms
