Associate Director Surveyor - OUR CLIENT is a leading and successful national firm of Property Advisors and Surveyors in Residential and Commercial property who have a very good reputation in the market and due to new business, they are looking for an Associate Director Surveyor to join the team.

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS for the Associate Director Surveyor will include:

  • Managing a team of 2/3 people.
  • Being experienced in all aspects of property management including service charges, Landlord & Tenant, health and safety and day to day property management regularly.
  • Making regular inspections of the properties.
  • Managing a mixed portfolio based all over London and across the UK.
  • Undertaking lease advisory projects (rent reviews and lease renewals) for clients to increase asset value and drive performance.
  • Creating and issuing service charge budgets and closing service charges
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the properties via third party contractors ensuring that works are carried out in a cost-effective manner and to a professional standard of workmanship.
  • Liaising with the accounts team on service charges and rent invoicing, end of year reconciliation and financial queries.

THE PERSON and SKILL REQUIREMENTS for the Associate Director Surveyor:

  • Minimum of four years’ experience in commercial property management.
  • MUST be MRICS qualified.
