• Overseeing Rent Reviews
• Handling Lease Renewals
• Rating Appeals
• Consultancy advice
• Compulsory Purchase
• Valuation
• Client Business development & networking
• Portfolio Forecasting
• Exemption and rate relief management

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS - PQE 1 - 7 Years or (10+ years for Director Level
• Client facing experience
• Open/ Willingness to learn new skills
• Hunger to progress professional in career
