Development & Investment Surveyor - Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Development and Investment Surveyor to join a fast paced sales team. The successful applicant will have a track record in appraising development and investment opportunities.
As Development & Investment Surveyor your main role will be to fully appraise business opportunities whilst accurately completing all relevant paperwork and reports throughout the whole sales process, from instruction to completion. This role is ideal for someone looking to enhance their career within a successful business and offers further career progression opportunities for strong performers.
Development & Investment Surveyor - Duties:
- Value development and investment opportunities
- Research for comparable evidence
- Identify new opportunities
- Review documents and planning decisions
- Calculate the value for developments as well as overall investment yield
- Consult with local agents and gather pertinent information for each opportunity
- Analyse plans and strategies by assessing market conditions & key locations
- Prepare M.I and presentations for Senior Management
- Coordinating with colleagues to ensure you are maximising the outcome of every project
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure everyone is in synergy with one another
Development & Investment Surveyor - Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Development & Investment Surveyor
- Ability to conduct appraisals for developments and investments
- Experience completing the full administration process of developments and investments from beginning to end
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Extremely organised and well prepared
- A team player who also works well alone
Development & Investment Surveyor - Remuneration:
- £40,000+ basic salary, commensurate with experience
- £60,000 - £80,000 On Target Earning potential
