The role includes managing large-scale accounts exceeding $10M, with a focus on growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic solutions and ensure performance metrics are consistently achieved. The position requires adaptability to dynamic business and technology landscapes, along with a strong ability to build enduring client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison for clients regarding Data and AI services, addressing their needs and queries promptly.Oversee strategic accounts, ensuring service delivery aligns with client budgets and expectations.Regularly collaborate with internal teams to track progress, identify improvements, and drive business growth.Create detailed reports on account performance for clients and senior leadership.Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals, maintaining open communication with the sales team.Leverage industry-standard practices to manage and deliver organisational commitments effectively.Required Skills and ExpertiseExtensive knowledge and expertise in Data and AI, including designing Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Data Marts.Up-to-date understanding of trends in AI and ML, with the ability to lead discussions on use cases, business benefits, and implementation of advanced analytics.In-depth familiarity with AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex AI, and Amazon Web Services.Strong technical proficiency in Cloud Technology, Cloud Data Warehousing, and Data Lake platforms.Expertise in Data Governance, including Data Quality, Data Profiling, Metadata Management, and Data Catalog strategies.Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.Experience crafting key business documents such as Statements of Work, Proposals, Master Service Agreements, and Service Level Objectives.Track record of managing revenue and overseeing the financial performance of assigned accounts.Proven ability to engage practice and solution teams globally to secure high-value contracts.Trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships.Preferred Qualifications and SkillsProven ability to coordinate activities between internal teams and clients, from executive-level discussions to technical engagements.Experience creating winning proposals and identifying structured opportunities to engage clients effectively.Ability to initiate and lead thought leadership initiatives that create value for clients.Demonstrated leadership in driving the organisation towards delivering industry-leading solutions.Skilled in resource planning, ensuring the right expertise is deployed to meet client needs effectively.Hands-on experience managing the lifecycle of human resources, including hiring and development, within assigned accounts.Additional InformationFlexibility to travel to client locations as needed.Candidates should have a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.A degree in Engineering (B-Tech) or equivalent qualification is required.
